To change your site’s general settings:
Step 1 — Go to Settings in your WordPress dashboard.
You can set your Site Title and Tagline.
Your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are usally the same and are simply your site’s URL.
Site Language menu lets you set a default language for your WordPress dashboard.
Step 2 — You can change the Homepage from Settings > Reading.
Step 3 — You can change other settings from other sections (Writing , Permalinks,Media) as well.
Step 4 — You can save all changes by clicking Save Changes button.
